That’s right folks, there’s another ‘Halloween’ movie coming out this fall. Michael Myers is back on his quest to hunt down and murder Laurie Strode as she prepares to defend herself from evil incarnate. This isn’t a remake like Rob Zombie’s versions a few years back, it’s actually a sequel that picks up 40 years after the original movie as if the other installments in the franchise never existed. Jamie Lee Curtis reprises her role as Laurie Strode as she awaits the day when she’ll finally be able to come face to face with Michael Myers again. I actually didn’t mind the Rob Zombie interpretations of the story, but apparently John Carpenter and others didn’t feel the same way. I guess we’ll see how this new one stacks up when it hits theaters this Halloween…
