If you’ve never heard of Zappos.com then I suggest you do a little reading. They may seem like just a company that sells shoes (and now other products) online, but they are much, much more than that. They are known for their amazing customer service and pride themselves on making sure every customer is happy. The company and it’s C.E.O., Tony Hsieh, will be featured on the Oprah show this Thursday. I’ve already set my DVR. This is actually one of the companies I’d love to work for when me and the g/f move out west and honestly I don’t really care what I’m doing for them, I think the company is that great and would love to be a part of it.
