It’s time for the 2-parter episode for the season and this year we’re going back to high school as the gang attends their high school reunion. I really have high hopes for this episode as I can remember parts of it being shown in the trailer for this season and they were probably the funniest parts of that trailer, not to mention the trailer video above is pretty funny. I find it extremely hard to believe that anyone, even Dee, would be stupid enough to think that Sir Mix A Lot was singing about women’s backs in his song “Baby Got Back”, but Frank stealing the name tag of a chick looks amazing. And we’re they tailgating the reunion? Awesome.

The High School Reunion Part 1 (of 2)

The gang have much to prove when they attend their high-school reunion. They meet old friends and make new foes as they stroll – make that trip – down memory lane.

The gang goes back to high school and some things never change. I thought this week’s episode was a great one. The gang is still exactly the same as they were in high school even though the other people in there class grew up and matured… well, some of them. Dennis realizes he was nowhere near as cool as he thought he was, Dee is no longer rocking the back brace so the guys are paying more attention to her, Charlie is just kinda hanging in the background going with the flow, Frank sneaks in by stealing a chicks name tag and we finally find out what Mac’s real name is… Ronald McDonald!

I liked how they brought back a lot of old characters and touched upon previous events from the past seasons. Dennis’ ex-wife was there showing off her now diamond encrusted dead tooth, while absolutely nobody remembers who the waitress is and Rickety Cricket tries to convince everyone that they let him back into the church even though he’s just there to steal everyone’s wallet and jewelry. What a great episode and I can’t wait for the 2nd part of it. I will say it was pretty gross when Charlie got the wedgie in the bathroom and his underwear was so wet it just pulled apart as the guy was yanking on it… ugh.
